Just to keep us from wandering aimlessly in circles, we have decided that we would follow one of the oldest roads in America. Route 1 runs from Key West, FL to Fort Kent, ME connecting most of the major cities on the East Coast.
We will obviously start in Virginia and see how far south we get while meandering along side trips. If I get as far as Key West I probably won’t be coming back. At least not any time soon.
